EB-5 INVESTMENT GREEN CARD
Foreign entrepreneurs can obtain permanent residence based on their investment of at least US$1,000,000 in the United States. Alternatively, a sum of US$500,000 can be invested in rural or high unemployment areas.
The investment can be made by:
- creating a new business; or
- expanding an existing business by 140 % of pre-investment number of jobs or net worth of the business.
Basic Requirements
- Capital investment of at least US$1,000,000
- Create full-time employment of at least 10 employees. If expanding an existing business, the investor must maintain the number of employees at pre-investment level for 2 years.
